Fragrance and perfume leader: deployment of an Analytics environment
Context
The main objective of this leading perfume and fragrance company was to modernize and optimize its analytical capabilities by deploying a robust Business Intelligence (BI) architecture. This initiative aimed to improve data visualization and analysis to better understand and measure the operational performance of its departments. In this context, our role was to work closely with internal teams to define an architecture adapted to their specific needs, while ensuring effective deployment and widespread adoption within the company.
Issues
